388wan Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 388wan platform and all associated products including the casino, live casino, sportsbook, fish games and VIP programme. They apply to all registered users regardless of the device used to access the platform — browser, mobile app or any other client.

By registering an account on 388wan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you have provided is accurate and complete, and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily as a form of entertainment. You further confirm that you are not registering on behalf of any other person or organisation and that you are not using automated software or bots to interact with the platform.

388wan reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions until verification is complete. This is a standard procedure applied across all accounts and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 388wan.

2Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account on 388wan. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, same IP address or any other identifiable combination — is a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 388wan may close one or all of the accounts involved and withhold any balances or pending bonuses associated with them.

Registration is open to adults aged 18 and above. 388wan takes its age verification responsibilities seriously. If there is reason to believe that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated by a minor will not be paid out.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registered details — name, email address, phone number and payment information — are accurate at the time of registration and kept current thereafter. Where incorrect information leads to a failed withdrawal or other account issue, 388wan cannot be held responsible for the resulting delay.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 388wan are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfers are subject to standard interbank processing times.

388wan does not charge any platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by a payment provider or bank are the responsibility of the account holder and are outside the platform's control.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method. 388wan reserves the right to adjust these thresholds and will communicate any significant changes to registered users.

Withdrawals are processed back through the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If a withdrawal cannot be processed through the original deposit method, the support team will communicate an alternative arrangement directly.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing. Platinum members receive fast-track processing and Diamond members are subject to a same-day processing target. Standard tier withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Actual transfer completion times depend on the payment provider after processing is complete on the 388wan side.

Deposits made using a payment method not registered under the account holder's own name may be refused and returned. 388wan accepts deposits only from payment accounts held in the name of the registered account holder.

4Bonuses and Promotions

388wan offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket, PSL and other occasions. Each promotion has its own set of terms including a minimum deposit requirement, a wagering requirement, an eligible game list and an expiry period. These terms are displayed alongside the promotion at the time it is offered.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made against that bonus. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered twenty times the bonus amount across eligible games before it can be withdrawn. Games may contribute differently to the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

VIP cashback is a separate category. As described in the VIP Programme section, cashback earned through the VIP programme carries no wagering requirement and is credited directly to your PKR balance.

Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time.

5Sports Betting Rules

The 388wan sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other major tournaments — alongside football, esports and other sports. All bets are placed in PKR and are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.

Bets are final once confirmed. 388wan does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in specific circumstances including event cancellation, incorrect odds published due to a system error, or void match rulings. In cases where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. 388wan reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single event or combination bet at its discretion, particularly for markets with unusual or uncertain outcomes.

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to the live odds at the moment of confirmation. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation if the bet was confirmed on the platform.

Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, latency differences or technical vulnerabilities in the sportsbook will be treated as a breach of these terms. Winnings arising from such exploitation may be withheld pending review.

6VIP Programme

The 388wan VIP programme runs on five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier from the time of first deposit. Tier progression is based on monthly point accumulation, with points earned on all wagering activity across the platform including casino games, fish games and sports betting.

Points reset on the first calendar day of each month. Tier status is recalculated at the start of each month based on the points accumulated in the previous month. There is no minimum lock-in period and no permanent downgrade — tier status reflects your most recent monthly activity.

Cashback earned through the VIP programme is calculated based on net losses during the calendar month and is credited to your PKR account balance on the first working day of the following month. This cashback carries no wagering requirement. Cashback rates are: Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 1.2%, Platinum 2.0%, Diamond 3.5%.

Additional benefits — including priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers and event-specific promotions — are described in detail on the VIP page and are subject to the standard terms of the relevant benefit. 388wan reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit structures and cashback rates with reasonable prior notice to affected members.

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388wan account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. 388wan will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat or phone.

If you have reason to believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 388wan support team immediately through live chat. The support team will take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation. You remain responsible for all activity on your account prior to the point of notification.

You should not use the same password on 388wan as on other online services. Using a strong, unique password reduces the risk of unauthorised access. 388wan is not liable for losses arising from account compromise caused by reused credentials, malware on your device, or social engineering attacks directed at you.

8Account Suspension and Closure

388wan reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, bonus abuse, or any other behaviour that is harmful to the platform or to other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be preserved and returned to the account holder if the investigation concludes without a finding of wrongdoing. Where a breach is confirmed, 388wan may withhold balances derived from the violating activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any cleared balance at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method. Pending bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9Responsible Gaming

388wan is an entertainment platform for adults. We believe that gaming should remain within the boundaries of your personal budget and should not interfere with your financial obligations, personal relationships or daily life. The platform provides a set of self-management tools available from your account settings.

Available tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion prevents access to your account for a defined period and cannot be reversed during that time. 10Limitation of Liability

388wan provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we maintain the platform to a high standard and monitor for issues continuously, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, system updates and unforeseen technical failures may result in temporary platform unavailability. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

388wan is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on the player's side including internet connectivity issues, device failures or browser incompatibilities. Where a technical failure on the platform's side is confirmed to have affected a game outcome or transaction, the matter will be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wan's liability to any registered user for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

11Amendments to These Terms

388wan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights as a user in a significant way — registered users will be notified by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
